To strengthen our international team, we are looking for a dedicated team member – a dynamic and motivated individual – who will take responsibility for developing sales activities and improving our business in the CEE region.
Poste
After intensive training in Zagreb and Austria (Salzburg, Vienna) and the onboarding phase, you will take on the following tasks:
- Independent support and further development of the sales network of our partners, including system integrators (value-added companies), design companies, as well as end customers and users
- Targeted acquisition of new customers in various industries and establishing new partnerships
- Preparation and development of project-specific offers and solutions
- Identifying opportunities for business development and implementing appropriate measures based on corporate strategy
- Continuous market and competition analysis for the purpose of deriving and implementing strategic action options
- Positioning the Commend brand and our products as leading solutions on the market and for our customers
- Creating, organizing, and conducting product and solution presentations and workshops directly with customers, at trade fairs, congresses, and other events..
Compétences
The ideal candidate for this position will fulfil the following requirements:
- Completed education (undergraduate or graduate degree) in a technical or economic field, with knowledge of VoIP/ICT communication technologies..
- Willingness to continuously learn and improve, both independently and through Commend-organized seminars, training, and learning in Croatia and Austria (Salzburg, Vienna).
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with IP-based security systems (CCTV, Access Control, etc.) is desirable, or a willingness to learn about these technologies and solutions.
- Experience in B2B sales solutions.
- Strong communication skills.
- Independent, structured, and results-oriented work style.
- Agile and sales-oriented personality with enthusiasm for innovative products.
- Willingness to travel internationally within the CEE region (Adria region, Austria).
- Excellent knowledge of English. Knowledge of German is an additional advantage
but not a requirement. - Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, experience with CRM systems is a plus.
