Job
Coordinating appointments and scheduling with customers and colleagues in the service department
Creating, scheduling and invoicing service orders
Maintaining and tracking service orders
Planning and coordinating inspection orders and maintenance work
Organization of workshop orders and many other exciting tasks
Skills
Completed vocational training in a commercial-organizational field
Customer-oriented approach and systematic way of working
Initiative and organizational skills
Reliability, resilience, ability to work in a team, ability to deal with conflict and communication skills
Basic knowledge of written and spoken English
User knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Affinity for technology and IT
