Secure Data Exchange between Genetec Security Center and Commend
The Commend ComOPC Server provides the central connection point between the Intercom system and the OPC UA client Plugin of Genetec Security Center and manages the controlling communication between them. The ComOPC Server inter-prets ICX messages of the Intercom system and translates them into data points for the OPC client. OPC UA is an open standard for data exchange which involves various types of state of the art communication standards and any type of platform. OPC UA also provides security by design.
Transmit events and conditions like: Call states of Intercom Stations, I/O status, Line Fault alarms etc.. (please see datasheet for further information)
Send commands to Intercom Server: Call handling, Output control, special applications etc. (please see datasheet for further information)
