Answering Door Calls
Reception and Control Centres
Door calls can be answered at a central reception, control desk or smartphone and calls can be forwarded to several call destinations at the same time. It's more than just a door call, because you can also place info and emergency call Intercom stations in the building and use loudspeakers to make announcements.
Receiving Stations
The high-quality devices in the Concerto Series, made of fine materials such as glass, stainless steel and aluminium, are designed for wall and desktop installation and offer the classic reception of door calls, including a video image of the person at the entrance, of course.
Mobile and Web Client
Whether you are using a laptop in a browser or the Mobile Client while on the go, calls are easily accepted and doors and barriers are opened around the clock. You can quickly access contacts, favourites and the call list. Incoming calls are processed in the Web Client with call centre functions such as queuing, pausing and forwarding.
