Bidirectional data interface between Commend and Command Centry by Gallagher
Commend provides the essential means of reliable communication for all types of general security and emergency situations. The uniform user interface gives security staff convenient control of all functions and tasks required to ensure life safety and secure property. Easy operation, both for the public and security personnel, combined with very high speech quality ensure effective and efficient results.
The integration enables Commend Intercom functionality through the Status Tile, Site Plans, and the Intercom Viewer. The Viewer will provide an operator with a list of pending and in progress calls which are within the operator’s division(s) enabling site wide intercom traffic to be balanced across operators. Each intercom can be configured with its own set of tiles so that, when selected, the most relevant information to that intercom can be displayed to the operator for processing. Calls will be displayed in order from oldest to newest, with the exception of Emergency Calls which will take priority and always appear at the top.
The following new icons will be shown on Site Plans, the Status Viewer, and the Intercom Viewer to represent the various states of intercom calls as they change:
- Ringing in
- Ringing out
- Connected (on a call)
- Paused (on hold)
- Forwarding
- Busy
- Idle
