The Cell Intercom station has been designed with the special requirements of custodial institutions, forensics laboratories, and detention cells at police stations and courts. In addition to voice communication, the terminals also provide security enhancing alarm, control and messaging functions. Innovative technologies in combination with a modular concept make for a futureproof investment. The surface touch sensor helps to protect custodial staff while they are inside a detention cell. In critical situations, simply touching the surface of the front panel is all it takes to trigger the warden’s alarm.
