Passengers are often in need of information. Most commonly questions about directions, time schedules, breakfast, lunch and dinner menus, etc. arise. Here, information and emergency call points can help passengers by displaying various information and reduce the workload of your crew members. In case of further questions or unanswered questions, passengers can contact a centrally help desk by touch gesture.
Touchscreen station are IP65 protected and are available with 5" or 10" screens. The screens and content can be customised, e.g. the Advertising Mode can be used for promotion and the Emergency Mode displays important information in case of an emergency situation. With Intercom modules you can build your own emergency call points with even larger screens.

The public address system is one of the most central communication elements on board to inform passengers and crew during operation and to warn them in critical situations.
Ognios by Commend Intercom stations can deliver announcements through seamless integration with PA/GA systems and be used to make announcements. In addition, the crew can respond immediately to the announcements and answer via the Intercom stations.
