INFO Button
The INFO button consists of an impact-resistant mast housing containing two loudspeakers, a microphone, an intercom module and an LTE router including antenna. The highly visible emergency call station is independent of the surrounding infrastructure and can be positioned almost anywhere in the city or community, depending on its use as an information or emergency call station - a suitable power supply is sufficient.
The station provides acoustic and visual feedback on the operating status and operating steps. When a button is pressed, a direct voice connection is established to the centre providing assistance; a callback is also possible from there in order to provide the person seeking help with further information. The call station also has various options to make misuse more difficult.
The many possible applications range from information and emergency call stations for parks and public places to information stations on public transport, at entrances suitable for the disabled and at information points, and can even be set up at short notice for special occasions or events.
The emergency call or info call stations monitor themselves and report errors (via SNMP) to any location. The intercom stations are delivered to the installation site ready configured and only need to be installed and connected to the power supply.
