The Symphony Web Client is exactly that: An Intercom station for your browser with control desk features that allows you to accept or make calls anytime, anywhere. There is no need to install extra software – it works on every device that can use Google Chrome.

The extreme flexibility can ease the burden for control room staff and ensures that calls are being answered as quickly as possible, especially for huge networks of call stations. The Web Client user will get a good overview over all incoming calls and location-independent, remote call attendance ensures that important calls are answered 24/7.
